Pennsylvania, United States, March 2026 – Amy Eidemiller has taken on a new position as Chief Human Resources Officer at Geo-Technology Associates, Inc. (GTA), marking a significant leadership milestone within the organization.
Amy has been with GTA for over three years, most recently serving as Director of Learning and Talent Development, where she led enterprise-wide initiatives focused on leadership capability, talent growth, and workforce development. Her elevation to CHRO reflects the company’s continued commitment to strengthening its people strategy as it expands its engineering and environmental services footprint.
Prior to joining GTA, Amy served as Senior Business Advisor, AVP at Truist Leadership Institute, advising senior leaders on strategy, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness. She also held executive leadership roles including Sr. Director of Client Management at CoreSource, A Trustmark Company and Area Vice President at CorVel Corporation, where she drove regional growth and operational performance.
Earlier in her career, Amy served as Managing Principal at RGS Associates and Vice President of Operations at ArgosyHealth, building deep expertise across operations, leadership development, and client-centered business strategy.
