Overland Park, Kansas, United States, September 2025 – Amy Tills has been appointed as the new Chief Human Resources Officer at Compass Minerals, effective September 15, 2025. In her new role, she will lead the company’s global human resources strategy as it continues to focus on business transformation, culture-building, and talent alignment to support its mission of delivering essential minerals sustainably and responsibly.
Amy joins Compass Minerals from Fluke Corporation, where she served as Vice President, Global Human Resources for approximately 1.5 years. At Fluke, a $1.6B global operating company within Fortive, she played a key leadership role in HR strategy and organizational alignment.
Prior to that, she was Vice President, Global Human Resources at SPX Technologies, where she spent over 5 years leading HR for the HVAC and Process Cooling businesses across the U.S., EMEA, and APAC regions. Her work supported strategic growth and operational performance in international markets.
Before SPX, Amy held the position of Senior HR Director at Honeywell FM&T for nearly 2 years, overseeing HR strategy at a major $1.2B site with over 4,500 employees. She was previously associated with Amcor for nearly 9 years, serving in various senior HR roles across the Americas and Europe, including Director roles in Organizational Development, HR Systems, Central Functions, and multiple Business Units.
Earlier in her career, she spent 3 years at Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company as an HR Manager, and began her HR journey at Visteon Corporation, where she worked for over 3 years as a Human Resources Specialist, focusing on both corporate HR and labor relations.
