FLORIDA, United States – MasterCorp, Inc., a leading name in the hospitality services industry, has appointed Ana Saunders as its new Vice President of Human Resources. This strategic move is set to enhance the company’s human resources capabilities as it continues to expand across the United States.
Ana Saunders brings to MasterCorp a rich background in HR leadership, with over two decades of experience in driving human resource initiatives across various industries. Prior to joining MasterCorp, Saunders served as the Head of HR Supply Chain North America at Bacardi from September 2022 to April 2024, where she led diverse HR Business Partner teams across the US, Canada, and Puerto Rico, and significantly contributed to developing processes to support Bacardi’s North American operations.
Before her tenure at Bacardi, Ana was associated with Mattress Firm, where from January 2021 to August 2022, she oversaw Human Resources and Organizational Effectiveness. Here, she implemented critical team development actions and influenced workforce planning and structure design that markedly improved the company’s talent acquisition and organizational strategies.
Earlier roles include impactful positions at Hudson’s Bay Company and Saks Fifth Avenue, where Saunders developed her skills in employee relations, succession planning, and performance management, aligning HR functions with broader business objectives.
