Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, January 2026 — Anand Aiyer has been appointed as Chief Business Officer – Peter England at Aditya Birla Lifestyle Brands Limited (ABLBL). In this role, he will lead the scaling of the Peter England brand with a strong focus on maximizing reach and distribution, driving P&L delivery through operational efficiency, and fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration aligned with the company’s vision and mission.
Prior to this appointment, Anand Aiyer served as Chief Executive Officer – Arrow at Arvind Fashions Limited for nearly three years, where he focused on scaling the Arrow brand through end-to-end business management, P&L ownership, and executing business plans from strategy to delivery.
Earlier, he spent over seven years with Landmark Group, where he held multiple leadership positions including Chief Executive Officer – Easybuy, Max Retail Division, Lifestyle International Pvt Ltd., and Senior Vice President and Business Head – Easybuy (Max Retail). During this tenure, Anand played a central role in building and scaling the business with a sharp focus on profitable growth, developing an asset-light model with a lean cost structure, and establishing a strong franchise network to drive expansion in smaller towns. He also strengthened product categories, built omni-channel strategy during Covid, and developed a backend sourcing ecosystem that earned industry recognition for process innovation.
Anand also brings deep legacy experience from Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail Ltd., where he spent over a decade across multiple roles within Louis Philippe including Vice President & Assistant Brand Head, Assistant Vice President and Brand Director, Head Sales and Merchandise, Head – New Initiatives, and Brand Manager. In these roles, he was closely involved in driving brand leadership, premiumisation initiatives, strategic expansion projects, and launching new sub-brands such as LP Sport, LP Jeans, Luxure, and Made to Measure.
Earlier in his career, he served as Brand Head – Classic Polo at Royal Classic Group, where he successfully launched and built the brand across marketing, sales, merchandising, distribution, and retail expansion. He began his journey in branded apparel as Senior Brand Executive – TRIGGER Jeans at KG Denim Limited (Apparel Division), handling brand management, marketing initiatives, trade promotions, and retail concept development.
