Anand Pillai brings over four decades of experience in driving strategic initiatives and fostering innovation across diverse industries. As an Independent Director at multiple organizations, he has gained extensive knowledge in corporate governance, strategic planning, and digital transformation. His expertise in leadership development, organizational transformation, and executive coaching has empowered businesses to achieve sustainable growth and operational excellence. Recognized as a TEDx Speaker and an authority in leadership and transformation, Anand is committed to inspiring individuals and organizations to reach their full potential.
Previously, Anand served as Director at LogarithmHR, where he provided strategic oversight and governance, ensuring the firm’s objectives aligned with stakeholder interests. He also served as Chief Transformation Officer at Leadership Matters Inc. and Sutherland, leading business and cultural transformations. At Reliance Industries Limited, Anand held the position of Senior Executive Vice President HR (Business Transformation) & Chief Learning Officer, where he led a significant change management exercise and developed the people strategy for the company. His career includes leadership roles at HCL Technologies, Nortel Networks, and Hughes Communications India.
