Amsterdam, North Holland, Netherlands, April 2025 – Anastasia Geller has stepped into the role of Director of Talent Strategy at Stream, a leading SaaS Series B startup known for powering real-time chat, video, and activity feeds for companies like Strava, Nextdoor, and Midjourney. In this new position, Anastasia will be responsible for shaping Stream’s global talent vision, building high-performance teams, and aligning people strategies with the company’s rapid scale-up goals across its distributed workforce.
Anastasia has been a key figure at Stream for nearly five years, most recently serving as Global Recruitment Manager across EMEA, Americas, and APAC. In this role, she managed the end-to-end global hiring function, led a multicultural talent team, and built world-class processes to support hyper-growth across engineering, product, and commercial functions.
Before that, she played an integral role as IT Recruitment Lead and IT Recruiter, where she was instrumental in scaling the company’s engineering teams and strengthening its technical sourcing capabilities. Her efforts contributed to Stream’s current presence of over 120 professionals from 35+ countries.
Earlier in her career, Anastasia was CEO of GUID, a pioneering IT recruitment agency in Ukraine. She also served as COO and Recruitment Lead, leading large teams and launching several notable projects such as IT Recruitment GUIDance, Speaking Developish, and HR Talks—programs that shaped recruiter education and industry standards in Ukraine.
She began her career in talent as an IT Recruiter at GUID and a Team Leader and Facilitator with AIESEC, where she facilitated international conferences and drove youth leadership development across Eastern Europe.
