Indianapolis, Indiana, United States, April 2025 – Andee Bragg has joined DOXA as the Senior Director of Talent Acquisition & Executive Search. In this role, she will spearhead the strategic direction and execution of executive and enterprise-wide talent acquisition initiatives, supporting DOXA’s mission to fuel excellence in specialty insurance through exceptional people.
Andee brings over a decade of diverse experience in recruitment and executive search. Most recently, she served as Director of Recruiting at Platinum Recruiting Group, where she led full-cycle recruitment across Manufacturing, Technology, Supply Chain, and Human Resources domains. Prior to that, she held the role of Client Lead for Worldwide Consumer Tech Talent Acquisition at Amazon, managing technical sourcing teams and talent strategy for North America.
Earlier in her career, she was Principal – Talent Consulting at Medallion Partners, focusing on retained executive searches across industries globally. She has also held talent acquisition leadership roles at Sony Pictures Entertainment, where she supported high-impact hiring across sales, operations, and entertainment functions.
Andee’s background spans both corporate and agency environments, equipping her with a unique blend of strategic insight and hands-on recruitment expertise to drive DOXA’s talent agenda forward.
