Dubai, United Arab Emirates, November 2025 — Marsh McLennan has announced the appointment of Andrea Bono as Chief Executive Officer for India, Middle East & Africa (IMEA), effective January 2026. Based in Dubai, Andrea will lead strategic growth, client relationship expansion, and commercial execution across 14 key markets in the IMEA region. His mandate includes strengthening AI-enabled, analytics-driven risk advisory services to support organizations navigating evolving market and geopolitical challenges.
Andrea currently serves as CEO for Marsh McLennan in Italy and the Eastern Mediterranean Region, where he has led business transformation, revenue expansion, and integrated advisory growth. Prior to this, he held the position of CEO, Marsh Italy, and earlier served as Chairman of Marsh Advisory s.r.l., where he drove strategic collaboration across the firm’s insurance, consulting, and advisory verticals.
Before joining Marsh and Marsh McLennan, Andrea spent more than 14 years at Willis (now WTW) in leadership roles across Italy and the United Kingdom, progressing from Divisional Director to Head of Large Accounts. His work during this period focused on complex multinational risk portfolios, enterprise-level risk modeling, commercial strategy, and client advisory design.
With his appointment, Marsh McLennan reinforces its commitment to accelerating client-focused advisory innovation, regional market development, and scalable international collaboration across India, the Middle East, and Africa.
