Regensburg, Bavaria, Germany, April 2025 – Andrea Schindler has been appointed as the new Chief People Officer at Billennium, a global technology consulting and outsourcing company. In her new role, Andrea will lead the organization’s people strategy, talent development, and HR transformation initiatives, aligning them with Billennium’s growth and global expansion efforts.
Andrea brings over a decade of progressive HR leadership experience, most notably with Continental, where she held several impactful positions. As Global Head of HR Program Office Automotive, she successfully led restructuring efforts and managed strategic HR transformation projects across the company’s global R&D and central functions. Earlier, she served as Global Head of HR Strategy & Projects, leading cost optimization strategies and fostering operational excellence.

In her prior role as Global HR Business Partner for Continental’s Software Organization, Andrea partnered with senior leaders across multiple geographies to drive agile transformation, skill development, and global HR project execution. She also held positions focused on future learning, lean training, and project management, contributing to both digital innovation and flexible working models across the company’s operations.
Andrea’s recent professional development includes a Systemic Coach certification, completion of ThePowerMBA, and a focus on AI tools—equipping her to bring a forward-looking, human-centric approach to her role at Billennium.
