Andreja Oladeinde has recently stepped into the role of Chief People Officer at karriere.at, Austria’s leading digital job portal. Her new position marks a significant step in her distinguished career in human resources, where she brings over a decade of high-level experience to her new team in Vienna.
Before joining karriere.at, Oladeinde was pivotal at Anyline as Chief People & Culture Officer for nearly a year, where she integrated comprehensive HR strategies with broader business objectives. Her efforts were instrumental in aligning talent acquisition and internal communication to enhance the employee journey and performance management frameworks. Prior to this, she shaped the people operations frameworks at BC Platforms from December 2021 to June 2023, overseeing HR functions that propelled forward-looking HR measures and optimization processes.
Oladeinde’s tenure at PwC Austria, which lasted nearly eleven years until November 2021, saw her leading HR Advisory and playing a crucial role in senior management counseling. She was deeply involved in performance management, talent acquisition, and the development of HR strategies that supported not only local but also global corporate objectives.
With a career that started in 2006, Oladeinde’s extensive background also includes impactful roles at Hach Lange GmbH and UNITIS Personalberatung GmbH, where she developed a keen expertise in organizational development and employee engagement.
