Edinburgh, Scotland, United Kingdom, November 2025 — PXN Group has announced the appointment of Andrew Noble as its Chief Operating Officer and General Partner, marking a significant milestone in his distinguished career spanning venture capital, corporate strategy, and leadership across high-growth investment ecosystems. In his new role, Andrew will oversee PXN Group’s operational and investment strategy, driving synergies across its leading regional brands — PXN Ventures and PXN Investments — to accelerate innovation and economic development across the North of the UK.
With over 15 years of experience across venture capital, private equity, and consulting, Andrew brings deep expertise in business scaling, deal structuring, and entrepreneurial growth. Before taking on this role, he served as a Partner at Par Equity LLP, an award-winning venture capital firm known for backing early-stage, high-growth technology companies. During his tenure, he played an instrumental role in expanding Par Equity’s portfolio, strengthening investor engagement, and guiding portfolio companies toward successful scale-up journeys.
Earlier in his career, Andrew worked with Transition Capital as Principal, where he focused on management buyouts and succession solutions in traditional industries. Prior to that, at McKinsey & Company, he served as Junior Engagement Manager, specializing in sales optimization and procurement strategy for FTSE 100 clients. His early experience at Par Equity as Associate and Director helped him build the foundations of his venture investment expertise, covering due diligence, fundraising, and deal negotiation.
Before his corporate career, Andrew represented Team GB as an Olympic athlete and World Cup skier, competing at the 2010 Winter Olympic Games and ranking among the top 100 skiers globally — a testament to his discipline, perseverance, and performance mindset, qualities that continue to define his leadership approach.
