Singapore, April 2025 – Andrew Swinley has been appointed as Vice President, People and Culture at Blackpanda, Asia’s leading local cyber incident response firm. In this role, Andrew will spearhead Blackpanda’s people strategy, talent management initiatives, and drive a culture of high performance to strengthen the firm’s growth and resilience ambitions across the region.
Prior to joining Blackpanda, Andrew Swinley served as Vice President, People at watchTowr, where he successfully shaped HR strategies to support rapid scaling in cybersecurity. His efforts focused on talent acquisition, organizational development, and fostering a high-performance environment.
Before that, Andrew was Chief People Officer at Kape Technologies, a leading privacy-first digital security provider, where he led people initiatives across ExpressVPN, CyberGhost, and Private Internet Access, managing a global workforce of over 1,500 employees.
Earlier, Andrew served as Head of Human Resources, Asia at ExpressVPN, where he played a key role in scaling the regional HR function and enhancing employee experience across multiple geographies.
Previously, Andrew was the Founder & CEO of ClickHR, an HR consulting firm that supported startups and SMEs across Singapore in building HR capabilities from talent acquisition to organizational development.
Andrew also spent over a decade at Aviva, progressing through multiple HR leadership roles in Asia, including Regional HR Business Partner, Asia and Digital, where he led major workforce transformations and strategic diversity initiatives.
