London, United Kingdom, February 2025 – Andy Armbruster has joined Reinsurance Group of America, Incorporated (RGA) as Vice President – Head of Human Resources EMEA, bringing over 18 years of experience in HR leadership, talent management, and organizational transformation. In this role, he will drive HR strategy, leadership development, and cultural transformation across RGA’s EMEA operations.
Prior to joining RGA, Andy served as Vice President of Human Resources, Global R&D, Regulatory, and Medical Affairs at Bayer, where he led talent strategy for over 2,000 employees across 64 countries. He played a critical role in organizational restructuring, talent flow optimization, and developing a global inclusion strategy.
Before this, he was Vice President of Talent Management and Talent Acquisition, North America at Bayer, overseeing talent management for 20,000 employees across pharmaceuticals, consumer health, and crop science. He transformed the talent acquisition model, launched DEI-driven hiring strategies, and improved retention.
Andy also spent nearly a decade at Monsanto, holding leadership roles in HR business partnering, talent management, integration planning, and commercial sales effectiveness. His expertise spans succession planning, leadership coaching, cultural integration, and strategic HR transformation.
His deep industry experience in HR leadership and talent strategy will be key in enhancing RGA’s workforce capabilities and driving HR excellence across the EMEA region.
