Lincoln, Nebraska, United States, December 2025 — Andy Gerch has started a new position as Chief Growth Officer at PEP Health, joining the organization at a pivotal moment as it accelerates its AI-driven expansion in real-time healthcare experience analytics. In this strategic role, he will spearhead growth initiatives, market expansion, enterprise partnerships, and customer adoption strategies to strengthen PEP Health’s position as a global leader in predictive patient experience intelligence.
Before joining PEP Health, Andy Gerch served at Microsoft as Sales Director, Healthcare – Modern Work & Copilot, where he led growth initiatives across healthcare markets, driving adoption of Microsoft’s modern work solutions and AI-powered transformation in provider ecosystems. His leadership in enterprise sales, customer partnerships, and digital health modernization helped advance Microsoft’s healthcare presence over more than three years.
Prior to Microsoft, he served as VP of Sales at BrightHire, where he contributed to expanding enterprise adoption of interview intelligence solutions across U.S. markets. Before that, he held multiple leadership roles at Glint (now part of Microsoft Viva), including Head of Healthcare Sales for LinkedIn Learning & Glint and RVP & Head of Healthcare Sales after Glint’s acquisition by LinkedIn. His work supporting health system transformation, employee experience, and enterprise workforce engagement established him as a trusted sales leader in healthcare technology.
Earlier in his career, Andy Gerch built deep experience in healthcare and workforce solutions in roles such as RVP Enterprise Health System Sales, West at Waggl, and Vice President of Sales, Patient Experience & Consumer Loyalty at NRC Health, where he established strong relationships with health systems across the U.S. He also worked at Qualtrics as Enterprise Executive, Employee Insights, strengthening his exposure to enterprise analytics, patient experience, and employee engagement.
He began his sales leadership journey at Kenexa (acquired by IBM) as RVP of Sales, Workforce Sciences, leading a multimillion-dollar region, driving client development, overseeing P&L responsibility, and executing comprehensive growth strategies. His early career also included multiple roles at National Research Corporation (NRC Health), where he grew through positions in business development, national accounts, and account management. Across these roles, Andy developed deep expertise in healthcare sales, leadership, customer experience, and enterprise growth strategies.
