Ahmed Al-Saleh Appointed as Chief Human Capital & Corporate Services Officer at Cyberani | سيبراني

Riyadh, Saudi Arabia – October 2024 – Ahmed Al-Saleh has been appointed as the Chief Human Capital & Corporate Services Officer at Cyberani | سيبراني, a leading Aramco Digital company focused on next-generation cybersecurity services in Saudi Arabia. In this new role, Al-Saleh will oversee human capital development, corporate services, and drive strategic initiatives to foster a resilient and engaged workforce across the organization.

Before joining Cyberani, Al-Saleh served as the Chief Human Resources Officer at the Council of Health Insurance in Riyadh, where he led HR transformation initiatives and organizational development efforts over a one-year tenure. In this role, he managed talent acquisition, strategic workforce planning, and the implementation of HR technologies to enhance operational efficiency.

Prior to that, he was the Senior Director of Human Capital and Support Services at the Council, where he was responsible for overseeing HR functions, procurement, and facility management for five months. His focus was on aligning human capital strategies with the organization’s objectives, as well as streamlining corporate services to support operational excellence.

Al-Saleh also held the role of Human Capital Director at the Council of Health Insurance for nearly two years, where he played a key role in developing HR policies, managing succession planning, and implementing talent management frameworks that promoted employee growth and engagement.

Earlier in his career, he served at Johns Hopkins Aramco Healthcare (JHAH), where he worked for over five years, including positions as HR Services Director and Director of Talent Acquisition. His tenure at JHAH was marked by the successful implementation of SAP SuccessFactors and HR projects that enhanced workforce efficiency, recruitment, and retention.
