His promotion to Director of HR Operations is a reflection of his profound impact on the company’s strategic HR initiatives and his exceptional leadership capabilities in managing complex organizational dynamics.

Prior to joining Holcim Building Envelope, Moler had a rich career spanning over 14 years across multiple prominent organizations including Bridgestone Americas and Kennametal. At Bridgestone, he served as a Senior Compensation Manager and later as Plant HR Manager, where he led HR operations for a facility of approximately 2,000 teammates. His roles involved overseeing significant compensation programs, managing large-scale incentive plans, and leading strategic HR projects that aligned with corporate objectives.

His earlier roles at Kennametal and other organizations provided him with extensive experience in various aspects of HR including employee relations, performance management, and succession planning. These roles have equipped him with a robust understanding of HR dynamics in large, complex organizations, making him an ideal leader to drive Holcim Building Envelope’s HR strategies.
