Oconomowoc, Wisconsin, United States, July 2025 – Rogers Behavioral Health has announced the appointment of Angela Giese as Chief Human Resources Officer, marking a significant leadership addition to the organization’s executive team. Angela will play a pivotal role in advancing HR strategy, talent development, and organizational culture as Rogers continues to expand its impact in behavioral healthcare nationwide.
Angela joins Rogers with over two decades of progressive HR leadership experience. Most recently, she served as Chief Human Resources Officer at Humboldt General Hospital for more than four years, where she led strategic HR initiatives in policy development, succession planning, talent strategy, and organizational development.
Prior to that, Angela was Regional Human Resources Director at Steward Healthcare and also held the role of CHRO at ABRAZO West Campus for five years. In these roles, she drove comprehensive human capital strategies, emphasizing employee engagement, strategic partnerships, and performance management.
Angela also brings global experience from her tenure as VP Deputy Director HR at Shiekh Khalifa General Hospital in the UAE, where she focused on HR analytics, people processes, and fostering an inclusive organizational culture.
Earlier in her career, Angela held senior HR roles at Trinity Health and Midwest Regional Medical Center, deepening her expertise in talent management, organizational development, and strategic HR planning across diverse healthcare environments.
