Sydney, New South Wales, Australia, July 2025 — Anil Snehi has been appointed as Chief Strategy and Growth Officer at Phish Defense, a next-generation cybersecurity platform focused on empowering individuals and organizations against phishing threats. In this newly assumed role, Anil is set to lead the company’s strategic roadmap and global growth initiatives.
Prior to this appointment, Anil served as Global Business Growth Advisor at Silverlink Technologies, where he contributed to global expansion planning and strategic market positioning. His deep expertise in business development and market growth was further solidified during his time at Collabera Digital, where he held the role of EVP & Regional Head – APAC, steering operations and client engagement across the Asia-Pacific region.
Earlier, Anil was Executive Vice President at Capgemini, leading market development for Asia Pacific, India, and the Middle East, while serving on the Asia Pacific Management Board. His leadership and insight helped shape regional strategy and client relationships in fast-evolving digital landscapes.
Anil’s most extensive leadership tenure was at Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), where he spent over 16 years. Notably, he served as CEO – Australia and New Zealand, CEO – South East Asia, and Director – Business Development, Asia Pacific. His strategic guidance helped TCS scale its regional footprint and strengthen customer trust across geographies.
He began his career at MASTEK Limited and Tech Mahindra, holding senior roles in sales and business development, laying the foundation for a career built on transformative leadership and global expansion.
