Jérémie Esquier Appointed as Vice President Commercial – Europe & UK at Technip Energies

Paris, France, March 2026 – Technip Energies has appointed Jérémie Esquier as Vice President Commercial – Europe & UK, marking a key leadership move as the company strengthens its commercial capabilities across the region.

Esquier steps into this role after a strong track record within Technip Energies, where he has held multiple strategic leadership positions over the past several years. In his new capacity, he will lead commercial strategy and business growth initiatives across Europe and the UK, supporting the company’s focus on energy transition and sustainable solutions.

Prior to this appointment, Esquier served as Vice President – Ammonia and Methanol Market, where he led global business development, market strategy, and P&L for low-carbon ammonia and methanol initiatives. He also headed the Green Hydrogen and Power-to-X segment, driving innovation and growth in emerging energy markets including e-fuels and sustainable chemicals.

Earlier, he held roles as Technology & Consulting Director, overseeing early engagement for gas treatment and fertilizers business, and contributing to strategic positioning in complex global projects.

Before joining Technip Energies, Esquier was with PROSERNAT as VP Process, where he led process engineering, R&D, and organizational transformation initiatives. He also played a pivotal role in business development, securing major international projects and expanding the company’s footprint in offshore gas and shale markets.

His career also includes leadership roles at Maire Tecnimont as Commercial Director, and at Axens, where he managed regional sales and technology portfolios across Southeast Asia, contributing significantly to licensing and engineering project growth.

He began his professional journey at IFP Energies nouvelles, where he developed deep expertise in refining and petrochemical process engineering, followed by early experience with Microsoft in software localization.

Esquier holds a Master of Engineering from École Nationale Supérieure des Mines de Nancy, specializing in energy and process engineering.
