Tokyo, Japan, January 2026 – Anit Singh has taken on a new international leadership assignment as Director and Head HR – SK-II (Beauty Care) Japan and Tokyo Site HR Leader at Procter & Gamble (P&G). In this role, he will lead people strategy for P&G’s iconic SK-II beauty care business in Japan while serving as the HR leader for the Tokyo site.
Prior to this global move, Anit Singh spent over three years as Director and Head HR – P&G Health India, where he led the full spectrum of HR and Medical functions for P&G Health Ltd., a listed legal entity and healthcare arm of P&G in India, reporting directly to the CEO and shaping talent, workforce planning and total rewards strategy.
Before that, he served as Director HR – Product Supply, Mandideep and Fem Care Supply Chain HR – Asia, Middle East & Africa (AMA), leading HR for P&G’s largest manufacturing plant in India while also overseeing supply chain HR across the AMA region. His leadership was recognized through multiple global and regional awards, including the Global E&I Award and Best Coach Award.
Earlier, Anit played key integration and transformation leadership roles within P&G, including as Senior Manager HR – Grooming & Healthcare Business and Program Manager – Healthcare HR Integration, where he received the Global CEO Award for successful Merck Consumer Health integration and culture turnaround initiatives.
His career also includes HR leadership roles at Tata Power, where he served as Group Head – Corporate Functions HR and Lead – Program Management & Analytics, and early stints with Amazon, Tata Group (TAS HR), Infosys, and Fidelity Investments.
Anit Singh holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources from SIBM Pune.
