With over 25 years of experience in strategic human resources, Maalik is set to lead and shape the HR agenda at Jakson Group, aligning with the company’s long-standing values and strategic goals.

Before joining Jakson Group, Maalik served as the Head of HR at AVTEC Limited, CK Birla Group, where she partnered with the CEO and executive leadership to expand people capabilities and drive continuous process improvement. Her previous roles include significant positions at CK Birla Group as a Corporate HR Business Partner and Talent and OD Specialist, where she led organizational restructuring and cultural transformation initiatives. Maalik also held strategic positions at IBM, where she was involved in learning and development, focusing on enhancing the firm’s educational standards and effectiveness.
