Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India, March 2026 – COGENT Infotech has appointed Anita Rai as Head Human Resources, strengthening the organization’s leadership team as it continues to expand its global technology consulting and workforce solutions capabilities.
Rai brings nearly two decades of HR leadership experience, with deep expertise in global HR strategy, talent management, organizational development, and HR transformation. In her new role at COGENT Infotech, she will lead the company’s human resources strategy, focusing on strengthening organizational culture, enhancing employee experience, and aligning people practices with the company’s long-term business goals.
Prior to joining COGENT Infotech, Rai spent nearly 15 years with Artech L.L.C., where she held several progressive HR leadership roles including Assistant General Manager – HR, Senior Human Resources Manager, and Deputy Manager – HR. During her tenure, she played a key role in shaping organizational culture, implementing talent management strategies, and leading major HR transformation initiatives.
Among her notable achievements at Artech, Rai led the Oracle HCM implementation project as project manager, successfully transitioning the organization from its legacy HR systems to integrated HCM modules including Core HR, Absence Management, Recruitment, Compensation, and Talent Management. She also partnered with Deloitte to deliver the implementation within defined timelines and budgets while leading organization-wide training and change management efforts.
Earlier in her career, Rai worked with vCustomer International Pvt. Ltd. as Senior Executive – HR, where she supported HR operations, employee relations, compliance, onboarding programs, and HR reporting processes. Across her career, she has built strong capabilities in performance management, compensation strategy, workforce planning, and leadership development.
