Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, August 2025 – Ankita Das has been appointed as Vice President – Human Resources at Pointo, an innovative player in India’s evolving EV battery services space. In her new role, she will lead the people strategy, talent development, and HR transformation efforts to support Pointo’s rapid growth across the electric mobility ecosystem.
In her most recent role, Ankita served as HR Manager at The Indian Garage Co. for over two years, where she led HR operations and contributed to a high-growth D2C fashion environment, enhancing organizational culture and driving people-centric initiatives.
Prior to that, she was HR Manager at Pankhuri, where she played a critical role in building scalable HR frameworks in the startup ecosystem, and Human Resources Consultant at Blackmilk Media, where she contributed to talent acquisition and engagement strategies for creative teams.
Her earlier experiences include roles as HR Executive at FloBiz, where she supported HR systems for the fintech space, and Executive Search Consultant at Collabera, where she worked across technical recruitment and corporate hiring for global clients.
Ankita holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management and Marketing from Manipal Institute of Management, MAHE, Manipal.
