Before joining Salaried Network, Ankita held key leadership roles at PureSoftware Ltd and Samsung Mobile, where she led high-performing teams in test automation, program management, and quality engineering. At Samsung, she played a key role in developing test automation frameworks, improving software quality processes, and leading complex engineering projects that enhanced product reliability and user experience. Her tenure at PureSoftware saw her managing a team of 20 automation engineers, delivering end-to-end test design, project planning, and execution excellence across critical client engagements.
In addition to her role at Salaried Network, Ankita also serves as the COO of Salaried Women Club, an empowering initiative under the same network that supports working women in achieving financial independence, professional development, and leadership growth.
