Ankur brings to the role more than 18 years of deep domain expertise in facility management and security services, having been with the Tenon Group since 2008 through its flagship brand Peregrine Guarding. Over the years, he has held increasingly senior positions, most recently serving as Managing Director of Peregrine Guarding, where he was instrumental in building a scalable operations model and enhancing service quality across India. His appointment signals a strong focus on operational innovation, efficiency, and global expansion for Tenon FM, especially in markets like the UK, Singapore, and Germany.
Before joining Tenon Group, Ankur worked with Sodexo Facility Management India, where he led key initiatives in sales and business development. His early experience in strategic sales continues to influence his client-first leadership approach. As CEO, Ankur will be responsible for strengthening Tenon FM’s integrated service offerings and accelerating its transformation into a next-generation FM organization with advanced tech-enabled solutions.
