Based in Gurugram, he will be responsible for driving digital strategies and enhancing customer engagement for American Express, leveraging his expertise to deliver impactful, value-driven outcomes.
Prior to this, Ankur served as Head of Digital Experience at Hero MotoCorp, where he successfully led customer engagement initiatives, strengthened omnichannel experiences, and implemented next-generation digital solutions.
Earlier in his career, he held leadership roles at Adobe, IndiGo (InterGlobe Aviation Ltd), Royal Bank of Scotland Business, and Accenture. At IndiGo, he spearheaded digital and customer analytics, while at Adobe, he advised clients on optimizing digital strategies to enhance customer journeys.
His career reflects a strong focus on analytics, digital innovation, and customer-centric transformation, making him a strategic addition to American Express’s leadership team.
