San Francisco Bay Area, California, United States, January 2026 — Cornerstone Research has appointed Anna Beeler as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). In her new role, Beeler will lead the firm’s end-to-end people and talent lifecycle strategy, partnering with executive leadership to oversee priorities spanning compensation and benefits design, succession planning, and strategic learning—strengthening the people infrastructure that enables both corporate teams and consultants to thrive.
In her new position as CHRO at Cornerstone Research, Anna Beeler steps into the firm’s most senior HR leadership role after nearly five years with the organisation, bringing a strategic lens to people operations in support of innovation and excellence in professional services.
Immediately prior to this appointment, she served as Senior Director, Human Resources at Cornerstone Research for about three years, building and scaling HR programs across the employee lifecycle and deepening executive partnership across key talent and workforce priorities.
Before becoming Senior Director, she was Human Resources Director at Cornerstone Research for nearly two years, where her remit included employee relations, performance management, HR systems oversight, compliance, and cross-functional coordination with teams such as payroll, finance, talent, and IT—along with leading process improvement and HR operational excellence initiatives.
Earlier in her career, Beeler spent close to nine years with IMS | The Focal Point, including serving as Senior HR Director – Organizational Development, where she focused on integration, scalability, organisational redesign, succession planning, values programs, DEI implementation, and learning initiatives across multiple offices and states. She also held roles as HR Director and HR Manager at the firm, strengthening integrated talent management, supporting change management through M&A, and building employee experience initiatives aligned to mission and values.
Prior to that, she worked for nearly seven years at URS Corporation (an AECOM company) as an HR Generalist/Local HR Manager, supporting HR operations and employee relations across multiple West Coast offices, contributing to Great Place to Work initiatives, and supporting onboarding and HRIS enhancements.
Her earlier experience also includes roles in recruiting, including as a Financial Recruiter at Hudson Global Resources, and earlier positions in staffing and research support.
Beeler holds an MS in Human Resources and Organizational Learning from Lund University.
