Tempe, Arizona, United States, July 2025 — Anne Hammond Cadillo has been appointed as the Chief Marketing Officer, Advanced Visualization Systems at GE HealthCare, bringing with her over a decade of extensive experience in healthcare marketing, strategy, and innovation. In her new role, Anne will be instrumental in leading marketing efforts across GE HealthCare’s Advanced Visualization portfolio, aligning product marketing, strategic initiatives, and customer engagement with the organization’s mission to revolutionize healthcare through intelligent technologies.
Prior to joining GE HealthCare, Anne was with BD (Becton, Dickinson and Company) for over 13 years in a variety of senior roles. Most recently, she served as Senior Director, Global Oncology Marketing, where she led global marketing strategy for oncology solutions. Before that, she held positions including Director of Strategy – Peripheral Intervention and Associate Director – Strategic Innovation & Market Intelligence, driving go-to-market strategies and business transformation in the medical device segment.
Earlier in her career, Anne worked at Avient Corporation, where she served as Industry Marketing Manager – Healthcare and Corporate Healthcare Marketing Specialist. Her responsibilities ranged from leading global healthcare marketing initiatives and developing strategic product plans to managing cross-functional teams and executing branding strategies.
Anne began her professional journey with impactful stints at the University of Illinois in commercialization and consulting roles, followed by internships at Mondelēz International and Dow Chemical Company. She holds a BA in Biology (Microbiology) from Cornell University, an MBA from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, and completed additional programs at the University of Oxford and Arizona State University.
