Sydney, New South Wales, Australia, October 2025 – Anne Tosky has joined ELMO Software as Chief People Officer, bringing with her over two decades of global experience in human resources, organizational development, and leadership transformation. In her new role, Anne will spearhead ELMO’s people and culture strategy, helping strengthen its employee experience and leadership capabilities across markets in Australia, New Zealand, and the UK.
Before joining ELMO Software, Anne worked as a Human Resources Consultant, advising corporate clients on organizational development, culture transformation, and performance improvement. Prior to that, she spent six impactful years at Salesforce, where she held several key roles including Chief of Staff, Senior Director – HR Business Partner, and Senior Manager – Talent Management. During her tenure, she led strategic people initiatives, guided senior leaders across the ANZ region, and championed leadership development and succession planning globally.
Earlier in her career, Anne served as Head of Leadership & Capability Development at Bupa Australia & New Zealand, leading a large team to design and deliver leadership programs impacting over 20,000 employees. Her earlier consulting engagements included partnerships with leading organizations such as 7-Eleven, carsales.com, Westpac, Bupa, and MMG, where she focused on culture change, leadership development, and organization design.
Anne’s career also includes significant experience in the financial and healthcare sectors through roles at Medibank, ME Bank, and Deloitte (both in Australia and Canada). At Deloitte, she spent over six years across consulting and internal HR roles, delivering transformation programs, advising executive teams, and building change capability across multiple industries.
Throughout her journey, Anne has been recognized for her passion for leadership, her commitment to employee success, and her belief in the power of technology—particularly AI—to transform the HR function and enhance organizational effectiveness.
