Bangalore Urban, Karnataka, India, November 2025 — Antonio Antony has begun a new leadership role as the Chief Human Resources Officer at India Sweet House, joining the organization at a time of cultural growth and operational expansion. In this role, he will drive HR transformation, talent strategy, people development, capability-building, and organizational culture as the brand strengthens its footprint in the Indian traditional sweets and gourmet food segment.
Before joining India Sweet House, Antonio most recently served as the Country Talent Acquisition Leader – India at Solventum, where he led nationwide hiring strategy, employer branding, candidate experience, and large-scale recruitment programs. His role spanned talent strategy, people operations, and capability-building with a strong focus on modernizing the talent acquisition ecosystem.
Prior to Solventum, Antonio spent 14 years with 3M India Limited, progressing across multiple leadership roles, ultimately serving as the Country Talent Acquisition Lead (India). Over the years, his responsibilities included recruitment leadership, statutory compliance, employee relations, internal communication, training and development, and factory HR stewardship. His tenure reflected deep experience in scaling HR systems in industrial, manufacturing, and multi-business environments.
Earlier in his career, Antonio worked with Wipro Technologies as Assistant Manager – US Recruitment, supporting international hiring operations in collaboration with on-site teams in the United States. His early experience also includes roles with Executive Access, Planman Consulting, and other leadership-track assignments with a strong emphasis on talent research, recruitment strategy, and consulting.
