This appointment comes after a distinguished 14-year tenure at the company, where she has played a critical role in shaping the HR landscape across India and Sri Lanka.
Anubhuti Godre has been with Hafele India since April 2010, and her journey through the ranks has been marked by significant accomplishments. Notably, she was part of the Hafele High Potential Talent Group ‘Talent in Focus,’ earned the Hafele Star Manager award for Execution Excellence, and became a certified MBTI Practitioner. Her leadership in the comprehensive HR operations for India and Sri Lanka showcases her capability in managing complex organizational structures and workforce dynamics.
As the General Manager of Human Resources for India and Sri Lanka, she spearheaded initiatives such as the implementation of SAP’s SuccessFactors across all modules, enhancing the company’s strategic HR capabilities. Her efforts in competency mapping, performance management, and internal talent mobility have been pivotal in fostering a culture of continuous improvement and development within Hafele.
Prior to her impactful tenure at Hafele, Anubhuti served as a Senior Executive at NAV Backoffice in Jaipur, where she was instrumental in overseeing the entire recruitment process, designing assessment protocols, and managing HR operations from 2007 to 2009. Her role included significant contributions to performance appraisals, employee engagement, and HR analytics.
Before NAV Backoffice, she was an HR Executive at Netbiz Systems Private Limited in Navi Mumbai, from 2005 to 2007, where she managed various HR functions including recruitment, employee onboarding, and grievance handling.
