Pune, Maharashtra, India, January 2026 — Anup Shinde, an IIM Kozhikode alumnus, has started a new position as Head of HR at Tata AutoComp Gotion Green Energy Solutions, a key player in electric vehicle battery systems and sustainable mobility solutions.
In his new role, Anup Shinde will lead the end-to-end people strategy for the organisation, supporting its rapid growth in the EV and green energy space. His mandate includes driving HR strategy across manufacturing operations, strengthening industrial relations and compliance frameworks, enabling talent development, and aligning people practices with business and sustainability goals.
Prior to joining Tata AutoComp Gotion Green Energy Solutions, Anup Shinde spent over four years at Atomberg Technologies, where he served as Head of HR. In this role, he led plant HR operations, stakeholder management, people development initiatives, and strategic leadership interventions. During his tenure, he was also recognised with the Annual WoW Award 2025. Earlier at Atomberg, he handled critical responsibilities as HRBP – IR/ER & Compliance and Manager – ER & Admin, leading plant HR, employee relations, and statutory compliance.
Before Atomberg, he worked with Aptiv as Deputy Manager – Human Resource & Admin, where he gained exposure to global HR operations, performance management, change management, and cross-functional leadership within an automotive technology environment.
His earlier career includes HR leadership roles at Rosenberger Electronic Co (India) Pvt. Ltd., Mindarika Private Limited, Tata International DLT Private Limited, KTR Couplings India Pvt. Ltd., Track Components Ltd., and Cogeme Precision Parts India Pvt. Ltd.. Across these roles, he built strong expertise in industrial relations, HR operations, organizational development, performance management, and people development within manufacturing-intensive environments.
