Mumbai, Maharashtra, India – August 2025 — Anuradha Aggarwal has been elevated to Director and Chief Marketing Officer at Amazon India, following her successful tenure as Director, User Growth and CMO at Amazon Pay. This new appointment further consolidates her stature as one of India’s most seasoned marketing leaders, known for crafting large-scale brand strategies and accelerating user growth through digital innovation.
Anuradha’s illustrious career spans over two decades across some of the world’s most respected consumer brands. At Amazon Pay, she led user expansion and brand marketing with a sharp focus on digital engagement and consumer experience. Prior to Amazon, she served as a Strategic Business Advisor to D2C startups, leveraging her deep consumer insight and strategic direction to help scale emerging businesses.
Her leadership tenure at Disney Star Network saw her manage the P&L for 17 popular channels, including National Geographic, Disney, and Star Movies. As Chief Marketing Officer at Marico, she championed brand transformation, while at Mondelēz International, she drove innovation and global brand deployment for icons like Oreo, Chips Ahoy, and Belvita across Asia Pacific. Anuradha also held pivotal roles at Vodafone and Unilever, where she led marketing initiatives across Hair Care, Skin Care, and Laundry categories—managing marquee brands such as Surf Excel and Ayush.
Anuradha is an alumna of the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore (PGDBM in Marketing Management) and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Sri Ram College of Commerce, Delhi University. Her new role at Amazon India represents a strategic blend of consumer-centric innovation, leadership depth, and passion for driving meaningful brand impact.
