Hanoi, Vietnam, August 2024 – Hannah Tran has been appointed as the new Head of Human Resources at InBold, a leading strategic and creative communication agency. In her new role, Hannah will spearhead HR strategies to align with the company’s growth goals and foster a dynamic, inclusive work environment. Her focus will be on enhancing employee engagement, driving talent acquisition, and streamlining HR operations to support InBold’s mission of building outstanding narratives for brands.
Prior to joining InBold, Hannah Tran served as Senior Human Resources Manager at AnyMind Group for over 4 years. In this role, she was instrumental in managing Vietnam’s labor matters, aligning them with the law to support the group’s IPO, and leading a significant office renovation project. She also played a key role in developing her HR team and fostering a strong, respected team culture.
Before AnyMind Group, Hannah held the position of People Manager at Wecash from July 2018 to March 2020. There, she built both tech and operations teams from the ground up and implemented policies that attracted top talent in the market.
Hannah’s earlier career includes her tenure as an HR Manager at CREATORY, where she grew the company’s workforce from 10 to 90 employees within two years and successfully managed the company’s office operations.
