Wolfsburg, Lower Saxony, Germany, April 2025 — Anurag Sharma has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer of add solution GmbH, the Germany-based subsidiary of AXISCADES Technologies. In this capacity, he will lead the company’s strategic direction and operations, focusing on driving growth across its core areas including wiring harness design and testing, drone development, and thermal management solutions for the aerospace, automotive, and industrial sectors.
A seasoned industry leader with over three decades of experience, Sharma is a graduate of the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee, and brings a robust portfolio of expertise in product development, business development, P&L management, and international operations. Prior to this appointment, he served as Chief Growth Officer at AXISCADES, where he led enterprise-wide growth strategies and supported global expansion efforts.
Sharma began his career with Larsen & Toubro, contributing to a defense project for India, and subsequently held leadership roles at some of the world’s most respected engineering and technology companies, including Siemens Technology, SEGULA Technologies, Altran, Ansys India, and Altair Engineering. As Managing Director of SEGULA Technologies, he was instrumental in establishing the company’s India presence, launching large-scale localization programs, and driving business growth in alignment with international objectives.
Throughout his career, Sharma has championed innovation across electronics, semiconductors, and digitalization domains. His experience includes leading digital manufacturing and smart infrastructure initiatives across the Middle East and fostering partnerships with global OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers.
