Bangkok, Thailand, March 2025 – Anusara Sombatsathit has been named Head of Human Resources at Sasin School of Management, where she will oversee the institution’s human resources strategy, talent development, and organizational culture. With a wealth of experience in HR leadership across luxury, consulting, and financial services, she brings a strong track record in HR strategy, policy development, and talent management.
Prior to joining Sasin School of Management, Anusara Sombatsathit served as Human Resources Director at Hermès, where she led HR operations, organizational development, and employee engagement initiatives for the Thailand market. Her tenure at Hermès was instrumental in strengthening HR policies and enhancing workforce performance.
Before that, she was the Founder & Managing Director of Lean Story (Thailand) Company Limited, a business consulting firm where she developed HR strategies, implemented business growth solutions, and provided leadership training for various organizations.
She also held key HR leadership positions at Christian Dior Couture, where she was Senior Human Resources Manager for Thailand & Vietnam, and HR Manager for Thailand. In these roles, she focused on HR strategy, payroll management, performance optimization, and business continuity planning, significantly enhancing HR operations across Southeast Asia.
Earlier in her career, Anusara worked at PwC Thailand as Senior Manager – Human Capital, where she played a pivotal role in HR operations, talent management, and leadership development. She also served as Assistant Vice President – HRBP at Krungsri and held managerial positions at Asiarooms Pte Ltd, Oxfam GB, and Toshiba Semiconductor (Thailand).
