Durant, Oklahoma, United States, June 2025 – April Randle has been elevated to the role of Chief People Officer (CPO) at Choctaw Global, where she will lead the organization’s human capital strategy across all functions. In her expanded role, April will oversee talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, learning and development, compensation, benefits, and shared service operations. Her appointment reflects the company’s ongoing focus on building a high-performance culture aligned with its strategic goals.
April has served at Choctaw Global for over three years, most recently as Human Resources Director, where she led shared support services for companies owned by the Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma. She played a critical role in driving policy compliance, HR training frameworks, workforce development strategies, and managing union relations. Her tenure has been marked by a consistent focus on operational efficiency, cultural alignment, and strategic workforce planning across multi-site operations.
Before joining Choctaw Global, April worked with Paradies Lagardère as Human Resources Manager, where she oversaw staffing operations, engagement programs, and compliance with U.S. labor laws. As part of the Executive Committee for the retail division, she developed recognition programs and improved workplace culture while managing recruitment and onboarding practices.
April also brings entrepreneurial experience, having served as Chief Financial Officer at Randle Logistics, LLC, where she managed all aspects of HR, finance, and operations in the transportation and logistics sector. Prior to that, she served as Regional HR Director at Abacus Corporation, and held leadership roles with Advantage Resourcing, Randstad, Instaloan, and Enterprise Rent-A-Car, gaining over two decades of experience across human resources, operations, and customer success.
