Tel Aviv, Israel, April 2025 – Ariel Bar-Lev has taken on a new role as Head of Global Talent Acquisition at Medison Pharma, a leading international pharmaceutical company dedicated to bringing innovative therapies to patients across more than 30 countries. In her new capacity, Ariel will lead global recruitment strategies to support Medison’s expansion and ensure access to top-tier talent across its international markets.
Prior to joining Medison Pharma, Ariel served at Marvell Technology for nearly two years, most recently as Senior Manager, Global Talent Acquisition: APAC + EMEA, where she led talent acquisition efforts across 16 countries, developed inclusive hiring practices, and managed global employer branding initiatives. She also briefly served as Interim Global Talent Brand Leader, enhancing global employer brand visibility and engagement.
Before Marvell, Ariel built a strong foundation at Intel Corporation, where she held roles as Senior Talent Acquisition Strategy Lead and Team Leader, Senior Talent Acquisition Partner. Her work at Intel included designing recruitment infrastructures, leading diversity hiring projects, and driving internal mobility initiatives that significantly improved hiring outcomes.
Earlier in her career, Ariel held leadership roles in recruitment and program management at Israel Tech Challenge and Israel Experience®, where she successfully led global recruitment initiatives and talent development programs. Her early leadership experience in the Israel Defense Forces as a Director of Combat Fitness further honed her skills in training, leadership, and team development.
