Budapest, Hungary, April 2025 – Barbara Kordas has started her new role as Head of Talent Acquisition, Europe Hubs (Budapest & Barcelona) at Sanofi, marking a key leadership addition to the company’s global people strategy. In this role, Barbara will be responsible for leading talent acquisition initiatives across Sanofi’s Europe Hubs, enhancing the company’s ability to attract, engage, and retain top-tier talent critical to driving innovation and growth.
Prior to this appointment, Barbara Kordas served as Head of Talent Acquisition – Budapest Hub at Sanofi, where she successfully led recruitment strategies supporting the company’s growing operations in Hungary.
Before joining Sanofi, Barbara was TA Services Senior Manager for Central & Southern Europe at AMS, where she oversaw regional recruitment operations, built strong stakeholder partnerships, and contributed significantly to global talent acquisition strategies.
Earlier, she held the role of Business Development Director – Agile Consulting Services at edUcate.Business, formulating international expansion strategies and leading recruitment and talent management initiatives across Europe.
Barbara’s earlier experience includes her tenure as Interim Head of HR at Agents Republic Inc., where she managed a global virtual workforce, as well as HQ HR Manager at Wizz Air, Director of HR at United Call Centers, and International Sales & Project Director at Assessment Systems International. Her diverse background spans HR management, talent strategy, leadership development, and organizational growth across multiple industries and global markets.
