With extensive experience across the financial services and banking sectors, Arjit brings a strong foundation in legal governance, compliance, and risk management to his new role.
Before joining SRG Housing Finance Limited, Arjit served as Senior Regional Legal Manager at SK Finance Ltd, where he played a key role in strengthening the organization’s legal governance framework and enhancing compliance systems. His strategic contributions in litigation management, contract drafting, and regulatory adherence were instrumental in supporting the company’s growth and operational integrity.
Prior to that, Arjit held leadership positions at ICICI Home Finance Company Limited, AU Small Finance Bank, and Finova Capital, where he gained significant expertise in managing complex legal operations across retail and housing finance. His earlier professional experience with Kotak Mahindra Bank, Adarsh Credit Co-Operative Society Ltd., and Legatio Legal further deepened his exposure to financial and corporate law.
At SRG Housing Finance Limited, Arjit will lead the legal function for the state, overseeing compliance, regulatory affairs, litigation, and risk mitigation, ensuring robust governance as the company continues to expand its footprint across India’s housing finance market.
