Gurugram, Haryana, India, June 2026 — Movate has announced the appointment of Arshad Mumtaz as Executive Vice President & Chief Business Officer – DCX. In his new role, he will lead global sales, operations, revenue acceleration, and growth initiatives for Movate’s DCX business.
Mumtaz is a seasoned business transformation leader with more than 25 years of experience spanning sales, operations, customer experience, digital transformation, AI-led operations, analytics, and P&L management. Over the course of his career, he has built a strong reputation for driving operational excellence, scaling global businesses, and delivering sustainable growth across multiple industries and geographies.
Prior to joining Movate, he served as Chief Operating Officer at CogentHubCX.AI, where he led digital and operations teams, accelerated revenue growth, and expanded the company’s operational footprint across multiple locations. During his tenure, he successfully signed several high-value clients, strengthened operational efficiency, and drove strategic growth initiatives in the rapidly evolving CX and AI landscape.
Before that, Mumtaz worked as Chief Operating Officer at CollegeDekho, where he led sales, operations, and collections teams while implementing governance frameworks, process optimization initiatives, and data-driven sales strategies that significantly improved business performance and productivity.
Earlier, he spent nearly 12 years with IGT Solutions as EVP & Global Business Leader, overseeing global service delivery, strategy, operations, and financial performance across multiple international markets. During this period, he managed large-scale operations across 20 locations with a workforce of approximately 18,000 employees and drove digitization, innovation, automation, analytics, and AI-led transformation initiatives across the organization.
His earlier leadership journey also includes senior roles at Spanco BPO, Bharti Airtel, TeleTech India (Bharti), Hughes Network Systems, and GE Capital, where he led large customer operations, outsourcing, transformation, transition management, and customer experience initiatives across telecom, banking, retail, aviation, hospitality, and technology sectors.
Known for his expertise in customer experience transformation, operational excellence, analytics, machine learning, AI-driven business strategies, and large-scale global operations management, Mumtaz is expected to play a pivotal role in strengthening Movate’s DCX business and accelerating its global growth strategy.
