Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, April 2026 — Tata Electronics has appointed Arti Sharma as Vice President – Human Resources for its FAB Semiconductor Business, marking a significant leadership addition as the company accelerates its ambitions in the semiconductor manufacturing space.
In her new role, Arti will lead the people strategy for the greenfield semiconductor fabrication (FAB) project, playing a critical role in building a future-ready workforce, driving organizational transformation, and enabling large-scale capability development aligned with Tata Electronics’ global growth vision.
Prior to joining Tata Electronics, Arti served as Vice President – Human Resources, Global Supply Chain India at Schneider Electric, where she led HR strategy for 21 factories, driving initiatives across talent management, workforce planning, industrial relations, and operational excellence. Her role was instrumental in aligning HR practices with large-scale manufacturing and supply chain transformation.
Earlier, she held the position of Vice President HR at Schneider Electric India, where she partnered with global stakeholders and led HR for a 6,000+ strong technical workforce, focusing on innovation-driven HR strategy, leadership advisory, and organizational growth.
She also served as HRVP & Talent Manager – Global Marketing at Schneider Electric, based in Hong Kong, where she drove global talent management initiatives and cross-cultural leadership development programs, strengthening collaboration across international teams.
In her earlier career, Arti held senior leadership roles at Schneider Electric as Senior Vice President – Human Resources, leading HR for large-scale teams and supporting M&A integration and change management initiatives. She also built strong foundational experience at India Yamaha Motor Pvt. Ltd., where she led both business planning and HR transformation initiatives, and at Sun Life Financial, where she played a key role in establishing HR frameworks for a startup operation in India.
Her early career includes roles at Panasonic and other manufacturing organizations, where she developed deep expertise in HR operations, talent management, and organizational development.
With over three decades of experience, Arti brings extensive expertise in HR leadership across manufacturing, global supply chains, and transformation-driven environments, making her a strong fit for Tata Electronics’ next phase of growth.
Arti Sharma holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources from Himachal Pradesh University, providing her with a strong academic foundation in HR management and organizational strategy.
