Palo Alto, California, United States, April 2025 — Arun “Rak” Ramchandran has been appointed as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of QBurst, a global digital solutions provider. With a distinguished career spanning 25 years, Rak brings deep expertise in digital transformation, emerging technologies, and AI-led innovation to his new role.
Prior to joining QBurst, Rak served as Global Business Unit Head at Hexaware Technologies, where he led the High Tech and Professional Services vertical, the GenAI consulting unit, and earlier spearheaded the Digital Transformation service line. At Hexaware, he championed growth, productivity, and trust-focused AI strategies and built strategic partnerships with leading GenAI players such as Microsoft, AWS, GCP, and OpenAI.
Before Hexaware, Rak held senior leadership positions at Capgemini and Infosys, managing global business units and leading strategic sales and sourcing. His cross-industry leadership covered life sciences, software platforms, and large-scale consulting-led transformation programs. Rak is also a seasoned board member and executive mentor, having guided future leaders across organizations.
Based in Palo Alto, Rak is an alumnus of IIT Bombay and IIM Calcutta, and is widely recognized for his pioneering leadership in digital ecosystems and AI. As he takes the reins at QBurst, he is expected to drive the company’s mission of becoming a differentiated, AI-first engineering and technology partner across North America, Europe, Japan, South Africa, and the Middle East.
