Emad has been with solutions by stc for over eight years, progressing through key leadership roles. Before his promotion, he served as General Manager of People, overseeing HR transformation, talent acquisition, and total rewards programs. Prior to that, he held leadership positions in technology and IT infrastructure, serving as General Manager of Technology and Director of Information Technology, where he played a pivotal role in driving digital transformation initiatives and optimizing business processes.

Before joining solutions by stc, Emad held leadership roles at Zain KSA, where he served as Head of Infrastructure, leading IT infrastructure management and security operations. He also worked as Enterprise Network Infrastructure Manager and IT Supervisor, where he played a crucial role in network design, digital transformation, and cybersecurity strategy.

Earlier in his career, he worked with GO Telecom and Alinma Bank, where he contributed to network engineering, IT infrastructure, and operational security projects, ensuring business continuity and service excellence. His strong expertise in IT leadership, HR management, and corporate services will be instrumental in enhancing business transformation and operational efficiency at solutions by stc.
