Pune, India, October 2024 — Arun Singh has joined Millennium Semiconductors as the new Vice President & Head – Human Resources & Admin. In his new role, Arun will be responsible for overseeing all HR and administrative functions, ensuring alignment with the company’s growth strategy, and enhancing employee engagement, talent management, and organizational development.
Before joining Millennium Semiconductors, Arun was Vice President Human Resources at Xpressbees (BusyBees Logistics Solutions Pvt. Ltd.), where he served for nearly 10 years. During his tenure, he played a pivotal role in shaping the HR strategies, overseeing talent acquisition, employee engagement, and development across a workforce of over 5,000 employees. His leadership contributed to the company’s rapid growth in the logistics sector, making it a trusted partner for some of the biggest names in e-commerce and healthcare.
Prior to that, Arun held the position of GM & Head – Human Resources at Delhivery, where he implemented HR systems and approaches aligned with the business strategy for a national workforce of 5,000+ employees. His focus on retention, talent management, and employee development helped drive organizational success.
Arun also gained valuable experience as an HR Generalist at MTAR Technologies and The Federation of Universities, where he was responsible for managing a wide range of HR activities, including talent acquisition, employee training, and development.
