Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, January 2025 – Arvind Bhandari has been appointed as the Managing Director at The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company India and will also serve as the Chairman of the Board of Directors. His leadership is expected to drive strategic growth, expand market presence, and strengthen Goodyear’s position in the competitive tire industry.
Arvind Bhandari most recently served as Managing Director at Nestlé Eastern Africa, where he led strategic market growth initiatives and business development for over two years. Prior to this, he was the Global Head of Wyeth Nutrition at Nestlé SA for approximately two and a half years, where he focused on brand strategy, product innovation, and global market expansion.
Before that, he held the role of Executive Vice President, Director Nutrition South Asia Region at Nestlé, leading nutrition-focused strategies and managing the business across India, Sri Lanka, and Bangladesh for approximately two years.
Earlier in his career, Arvind served as Senior Vice President for Nestlé South Asia, where he was responsible for driving the dairy business strategy across multiple countries, leading a diverse team across marketing, sales, R&D, and supply chain functions.
His career also includes leadership roles at Nestlé South Africa, Nestlé India, PepsiCo (Frito Lay), JWT, and ITC Limited, where he gained extensive experience in marketing leadership, sales management, and business expansion.
