Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, February 2025 – Arvind S Chauhan has joined Blue Energy Motors as the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), bringing over two decades of HR leadership experience across diverse industries. With expertise in corporate, sales, and plant HR functions, Arvind has successfully led strategic and operational HR initiatives in both established enterprises and startups.
Before joining Blue Energy Motors, Arvind S Chauhan spent over 13 years at JCB India Ltd., where he played a pivotal role in corporate and plant HR functions. His tenure included an international assignment at JCB World Headquarters in the UK, where he worked on global mobility, expatriation, and international hiring. At JCB, he led HR digitalization, leadership hiring, talent management, performance & rewards, and employee engagement initiatives across multiple locations, including Vadodara, Pune, and Jaipur.
Prior to JCB, he held leadership HR roles at Etisalat DB Telecom and Bharti AXA General Insurance, managing talent acquisition, employee relations, learning & development, and HR strategies for multiple regions. He also contributed significantly to strategic HR projects and talent development initiatives at Secure Meters Limited and Aditya Birla Group, where he played a key role in competency mapping, organizational development, and digital HR transformation.
With management education from IIM Kozhikode and SP Jain, coupled with a background in professional cricket, Arvind brings a unique blend of leadership, strategic thinking, and people management to his new role.
