Hyderabad, India, February 2026 — Palo Alto Networks has appointed Latha Sirigiri as Director HR, strengthening its people leadership as the global cybersecurity leader continues to expand its footprint and innovation agenda.
In her new role, Latha will lead strategic human resources initiatives, talent development, organizational effectiveness, and culture-building efforts, supporting Palo Alto Networks’ mission to be the cybersecurity partner of choice in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.
Prior to joining Palo Alto Networks, Latha served as Director HR at CyberArk, where she played a key role in scaling HR frameworks and supporting business growth across India. She earlier held the position of Senior Human Resources Manager at CyberArk, progressively expanding her leadership responsibilities within the organization.
Before CyberArk, she was associated with ORBCOMM for over five years, serving in multiple leadership roles including Senior Director Human Resources and Director HR and Operations. During her tenure, she led HR and operational transformation initiatives, strengthened workforce planning, and supported business expansion in the technology sector.
Earlier in her career, Latha held HR leadership roles at Kofax and Polaris Software Lab, contributing to talent management and HR operations. She also gained foundational experience in recruitment and HR consulting with BostonLogix India Pvt Ltd, Vensiti Inc, and a2HR Consultants Pvt Ltd, building strong expertise in talent acquisition and workforce strategy.
With more than two decades of experience across cybersecurity and technology organizations, Latha Sirigiri brings deep expertise in HR leadership, organizational scaling, and strategic workforce management to Palo Alto Networks.
