Dubai, United Arab Emirates, February 2026 — NEOPAY has appointed Mudita Chauhan as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), strengthening its leadership team as the company accelerates expansion across the MENA region.

With over 18 years of experience across financial institutions and high-growth organizations, Mudita brings deep expertise in shaping talent strategy, building strong organizational culture, and driving enterprise-wide transformation. In her new role, she will lead NEOPAY’s people agenda, focusing on attracting, developing, and retaining top talent to support the company’s ambitious growth plans and deliver value to customers and partners across the region.

Prior to joining NEOPAY, Mudita served as Chief Human Resources Officer at CoinDCX, where she led HR strategy across global markets including Dubai and Mumbai. During her tenure, she strengthened talent frameworks and supported rapid business scaling within the fintech and digital asset ecosystem.

Earlier, she held the position of Senior Vice President – Head – Human Resources at EduBridge Learning Pvt. Ltd., and before that served as Senior General Manager – HR Platform 2.0 at Reliance Industries Limited, driving HR transformation initiatives and strategic workforce planning.

Her leadership foundation was further shaped during her tenure at IDFC Bank, where she played a core role in launching banking operations. She helped design compensation philosophy, long-term incentive schemes, HR technology landscape, and talent attraction strategy. She also led HR analytics frameworks, executive compensation management, performance cycles, regulatory reporting, and risk governance.

Mudita began her professional journey in financial services, serving as an HR Business Partner at Bank of America, supporting large technology teams across India, and earlier as Assistant Vice President, Equity Derivatives Product Control at Credit Suisse in Singapore.

She holds a Post Graduate Programme in Strategy & Leadership from the Indian School of Business and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore, combining strong technical grounding with strategic leadership expertise.

With her extensive cross-sector experience and proven ability to align people strategies with business outcomes, Mudita Chauhan now leads NEOPAY’s human capital strategy at a pivotal stage of regional expansion.
