Asavari Ashtaputre Joins Tawk Global as Chief People Officer

Hyderabad, Telangana, India, September 2024 – Asavari Ashtaputre has been appointed as the new Chief People Officer (CPO) at Tawk Global, where she will lead the company’s HR strategy with a focus on talent management, organizational development, and optimizing workforce performance.

Prior to joining Tawk Global, Asavari was the Founder at InstaServe.Co, a staffing and consulting company focused on Microsoft Dynamics technologies. Over a two-year tenure, she led the organization in offering staffing and consulting services for global clients, operating on offshore, onsite, and hybrid models to deliver success stories for small and mid-sized businesses worldwide.

Before that, Asavari served as General Manager at Affluent Global Services for less than a year, where she spearheaded strategic business initiatives and played a key role in aligning HR strategies to business goals. Additionally, she led the implementation of POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment) policies, contributing to a positive workplace culture.

Earlier in her career, Asavari spent nearly six years at Microsoft, where she held multiple roles, including Delivery Resource Manager and Vendor & Procurement Manager. Her work in talent acquisition strategies, vendor management, and HR operations greatly contributed to the success of Microsoft India’s Global Delivery operations.

Asavari also spent around two years at IBM as the Center Operations Lead, where she oversaw the management of 230 projects and 7,500 employees, contributing to the scaling and operational excellence of IBM’s Hyderabad operations.
